The Kentucky Wildcats are back on the board in 2019.
On Monday, UK scored a commitment from K.D. McDaniel, according to Justin Rowland.
A three-star linebacker from Tift County, McDaniel is ranked as the 63rd-best recruit from the state of Georgia in 2019, according to Rivals. He has reported offers from South Carolina, South Florida, UCF and Troy among others. He’s a three-star prospect by both Rivals and 247 Sports Composite, which measures all of the recruiting rankings.
For what it’s worth, McDaniel was adamant on Twitter that wherever he committed was where he was sticking, and he won’t be someone that decommits if bigger offers come. That’s music to the ears of UK fans, who have had to watch too many recruits commit early and decommit later once bigger offers came.
