Devin Booker knows Missouri game will be emotional. Booker is due for a step back because freshman. An emotional Mizzou contest is a likely spot for it.
Tweet of the Morning
If you play zero defense you didn't "do it all". 2 sides of the floor. Duke basketball is Baylor FB. All offense. Can't out score everyone

True. Same with Notre Dame, Indiana, and a bunch of other schools.

In case you missed it, only Isaiah Briscoe was among the Kentucky signees selected for the McDonald’s All-American game. Skal Labissiere was ineligible, but would have likely been selected had he been eligible. Charles Matthews was not selected.
Several UK recruits including Cheik Diallo, Jaylen Brown, Malik Newman, Brandon Ingram, Caleb Swaniagan, Ivan Rabb, Stephen Zimmerman were also selected.

Steven Adams, center for the Oklahoma City Thunder and former Pittsburgh Panther, says U.S. colleges should be recruiting New Zealand more. I think he has a point, and John Calipari seems to agree with him.

John Clay profiles DeWayne Peevy for the Herald-Leader. Peevy appears to be next in line to take an AD job outside Kentucky. Mitch Barnhart has been doing great work in getting and "coaching up" his subordinates, apparently. Consider this:
Thanks in part to Twitter, Peevy and Calipari hit it off from the start. Indiana Coach Tom Crean had told Calipari he needed a Twitter account. Calipari asked Peevy about it. Thanks to his wife, Allison, Peevy had already played around with Twitter enough to know how to set up Calipari’s account.
"The rest is history," said Peevy of @UKCoachCalipari, which boasts more than 1.3 million followers. "That helped with our relationship because we talked about three or four times a day. Cal didn’t tweet but we talked back and forth about what we should tweet."
We have Tom Crean to thank for @UKCoachCalipari? Oh, dear God…

The neverending story: Penn St. president rejects the Freeh report, saying:
"There’s no doubt in my mind, Freeh steered everything as if he were a prosecutor trying to convince a court to take the case."
I am forced to agree.

Will the Army-Navy game be a headache for the College Football Playoff? Interesting conundrum. It’s not wise to even consider messing with the Army-Navy game.

Duke falls to Notre Dame. Notre Dame is a dangerous offensive team. Jerian Grant showed a lot of class by singlehandedly preventing a court storming, or at least clearly telling the fans on one sideline to stay put. Very classy and smart. The young man’s a leader.

Indiana, after getting much love from the media for recent games, gets whacked by Purdue 83-67, their second straight loss. Indiana’s defensive efficiency is putrid at 104.1, fully 23 points worse than Kentucky’s. Yet this is no doubt the kind of team Pat Forde and his ilk want to watch.

I agree.
No matter how much fun media has with it, the idea of this constantly fluctuating draft stock does not exist.
— Ed Isaacson (@nbadraftblog) January 29, 2015.@tsnmike @nbadraftblog college hoops fans' interest in draft status vastly overrated. How about we evaluate how they play in college?

Now eight top-50 SEC teams in @kenpomeroy ratings. UK, Arkansas, Georgia, LSU and Texas A&M all with at least 14-5 overall, 5-2 SEC records.
