Tyler Ulis and Andrew Harrison are both on the Bob Cousy Award watch list. That’s pretty cool, but if you think about it, we do have two teams …

Mark Stoops talks about Georgia, with a little bit about last week.
The word of the day is “undisciplined.”

Was Mark Stoops’ contract extension premature? No. There, saved you a click. Mr.SEC has additional thoughts.

Mark Stoops ready to deliver a reality check. Consider:
“We cannot wait for our moment. We’ve got to train to go take it and make our moment. Right now, we’re in that mode of hoping — hoping things happen.”
Absolutely right. Hope is where opportunity goes to die.

What’s wrong with Patrick Towles? Nothing a home stadium and home crowd won’t fix, in my opinion.

Tennessee doesn’t exactly blow out Pikeville. Consider:
Simmons finished with 30 points on 10-of-19 shooting. He scored 20 of Pikeville’s 31 first-half points. After one of those buckets, he was overhead telling his teammates the Bears would win the game. They led by as many as nine points (15-6) six minutes in.

Why is Tom Crean getting all this heat for player misbehavior at Indiana? Because he’s not winning enough, of course.
