Could Kentucky soon offer 2019 guard Kira Lewis Jr.?
He seems to think an offer from the Wildcats is on the horizon, according to Rivals’ David Sisk.
Kira Lewis tells us he feels that a Kentucky offer will come. Julian Strawther also said UK has been contacting him and will be watching. @RowlandRIVALS @KentuckyRivals

Lewis really came on to the scene for Kentucky last month when he took an unofficial visit. There was a lot of talk that he had a lot of interest in Kentucky, and he drew some attention because of his top-level speed and quickness.
However, things seemed to kind of cool off a little bit as there wasn’t a whole lot of noise between Kentucky and Lewis.
But now, maybe an offer does come. Lewis seems like he could mesh well with Tyrese Maxey in a potential Wildcats backcourt. It’s unclear how high of a priority Lewis is, as Kentucky is also involved with top point guard Cole Anthony.
With Strawther, the 23rd ranked player in the 2020 class according to 247 Sports Composite, Kentucky seems to be showing interest but there’s no reason to think an offer could be on the horizon.
Strawther is a 6’7 wing from Las Vegas who is very skilled offensively. He can knock down a variety of shots and pretty athletic. His versatility, size, and shot-making ability seem to be characteristics John Calipari will be interested in to keep an eye on.
Here are Lewis and Strawther in action.
