Five-star small forward/shooting guard Josh Green has cut his list down to six and, unsurprisingly, Kentucky didn’t make the cut.
His final six features Villanova, North Carolina, Kansas, UNLV, USC and Arizona.

Green is the No. 11 player and No. 3 small forward in the class of 2019 on the 247 Sports Composite ranking. The 6-6, 190-pound wing is currently favored to pick the North Carolina Tar Heels in his crystal ball. He received 28 offers before cutting his list. Arizona is also viewed as a big player in his recruitment.
Kentucky hadn’t been a major player in Green’s recruitment, and had yet to offer him a scholarship. They are also in good shape on wings in the 2019 class, with four-star Dontaie Allen and five-star Kahlil Whitney already in the fold, so this doesn’t set Calipari back much on his 2019 plans. Even Green seemed to admit they didn’t stand much of a chance after landing Whitney.
Whoever does get the current IMG Academy student will get a versatile player that can handle himself at all three positions on the perimeter.
