Thankfully, it doesn’t appear to be serious.
Levis was drafted in the second round by the Titans in the 2023 NFL Draft and took over midway through the season as their starting quarterback. He threw for four touchdowns in his career debut against the Atlanta Falcons back on October 29th. Since then, he’s had two multi-touchdown games while throwing for over 200 yards in four of his eight starts.
Unfortunately, Levis took a hard hit against the Texans in Week 15 that knocked him out of the game, and upon first glance, it looked like a serious injury.

After a few minutes on the ground, Levis did end up walking away from this under his own power, so things could be better than expected as well. The extent of the injury isn’t quite known, but he even did postgame interviews with the media, so it doesn’t appear to be too severe.
The Titans have the Seahawks on deck for Week 16, though Tennessee has been eliminated from playoff contention with the loss.
The young quarterback is in line to start throughout the rest of the season if healthy, and at just 24 years old, the reps could be vital.
That said, let’s hope he doesn’t miss much time or any, despite how nasty of a blow it appeared he took.

For what it’s worth, Pro Football Doc thinks it’s a high ankle sprain that will sideline Levis for Week 16.
