The Kentucky Wildcats have been very active in the transfer portal to this point in the offseason. With commitments from Brock Vandagriff, Raymond Cottrell, and Chip Trayanum, Mark Stoops and his staff have also hosted several other players on campus while reaching out to a handful more.
Now, we can add another name to that list. On Tuesday night, Hayes Fawcett of On3 reported that Kentucky has been in contact with USC transfer running-back, Raleek Brown.
The Cats join a lengthy list that includes Texas A&M, Oregon, Washington, Miami, Colorado, Florida, Louisville, Arizona State and several others. Looks like the Sun Devils are the favorites at this point.

Brown, a 5-foot-9 and 190-pound running-back from Santa Ana (CA), was a 4-star recruit in the class of 2022 and was considered a top-50 player in the country according to the 247 Sports Composite rankings. He originally chose the Trojans over offers from Alabama, Oklahoma, Georgia, LSU, Florida State, and plenty of others.
During his time with USC, he totaled 45 rushes for 243 yards and four touchdowns. He also added 19 catches for 193 yards and three touchdowns.
With Trayanum now in the fold, this likely was just contact in case the Cats missed on the Ohio State running back. But with the talent and pedigree, Brown is for sure a name to watch if this recruitment drags on very long.
