SB Nation Reacts: Grading Kentucky Football’s regular season

The BBN has weighed in on the 2023-24 football season.

The Kentucky Wildcats are now getting prepared for their bowl game against the Clemson Tigers as they square off with Dabo Swinney’s squad in Jacksonville later this month.

With the regular season now in the rearview mirror, the Cats finished the year on a high note with a major upset of the Louisville Cardinals to finish 7-5.

We recently asked the A Sea of Blue readers to grade the regular season for the Cats, with grades between A through F. Like many could have guessed, a C-grade received the majority of the vote, coming in at 56%. It was followed by a B and D grade, tied at 21%, and an A and F grade, both at 1%.

Overall, I think the BBN got this one right. After starting off the year 5-0, this season had a very lackluster finish up until the win against the Cards. Pull off the wins against Missouri and South Carolina, and this season is likely around an A or B grade.

Either way, Mark Stoops and his staff are looking to pull off some major wins this offseason.

Now, let's go beat the Tigers.
