Another Kentucky Wildcats player is entering the transfer portal.

On Friday, running back JuTahn McClain announced he was going portaling.

McClain announced the news on Twitter, adding that he will be a graduate transfer with two years of eligibility left.

Originally a class of 2020 recruit, McClain finishes his UK career with 135 rushes for 643 yards 4.8 (avg) and one touchdown. The 5-foot-9, 198-pound back also caught 27 passes for 158 yards (5.9 avg) and two scores.

This season, the Fairfield (OH) native appeared in 11 games, mostly on special teams, and carried the rock 26 times for 138 yards and one score. Most of his production came in the win at Vanderbilt, where he ran for 64 yards and a touchdown on six carries. He hasn’t had a carry since the loss to Tennessee.

McClain joins Ray Davis as Kentucky running backs to depart the program after Davis declared for the NFL Draft.

Best of luck to McClain as he begins a new adventure!
