2022 Big 12/SEC Challenge times and TV channels set

ESPN has announced the start times and TV channels for the 2022 Big 12/SEC Challenge on January 29th.

All 10 of the Big 12’s teams and 10 of the SEC’s 14 teams are in this year’s event, including the Kentucky Wildcats, who travel to Lawrence for a clash with the Kansas Jayhawks. Both teams are projected top-10 teams heading into the 2021-22 college basketball season.

The SEC won the 2021 SEC/Big 12 Challenge by winning five of the nine games played. The SEC holds a 25-24 advantage over the last five years of the event. Kentucky did not participate last year after a matchup with Texas was canceled due to COVID-19.
