The Kentucky Wildcats are going to have their toughest test of the season this week when the Florida Gators come to town.
Kentucky is going to present the Gators’ defense with a real challenge with their revamped offense under new offensive coordinator Liam Coen.
Last week, the Gators defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 38-14. However, Florida didn’t field their best defense.
The defensive unit had some key players that weren’t 100% heading into their matchup with Tennessee, and head coach Dan Mullen admitted Monday that they rested those guys against the Vols.
Not only did they take a shot at Tennessee, which all of BBN loves, defensive coordinator Todd Grantham praised the Cats’ offense.
“It’s a much more difficult challenge than, say, last week.”

Adding insult to injury, defensive coordinator Todd Grantham just praised Kentucky's offense:
"It's a much more difficult challenge than, say, last week."
It looks like Kentucky has the full attention of the Gators’ defense heading into their Week 5 battle, while the Vols have been reduced to an afterthought in the SEC East.
If the Cats can come away with a victory, it will set them up for a very special season and a real shot at landing a New Year’s Six Bowl.
Kentucky and Florida will kick off at 6:00 pm ET Saturday night, and it will air on ESPN.
