On3, the newest recruiting and collegiate sports site, has released their rankings for the Class of 2023, and some high-level UK recruits crack the top 50.

To start, Dajuan Wagner Jr., comes in at the No. 3 overall prospect. A little low, in my opinion, as every recruiting service besides On3 has Wagner as the No. 1 overall prospect. Wagner is considered a VERY heavy Kentucky Wildcats lean, if he decides to go the college route.

JJ Taylor, out of Chicago, comes in at the No. 7 overall prospect. Taylor recently received a crystal ball prediction for Kentucky from Travis Graf of Rivals.

Omaha Biliew is two spots behind Taylor at the No. 9 overall prospect. Kentucky is very high on Biliew.

Matas Buzelis is the No. 12 prospect. Kentucky was in to see Buzelis on Wednesday, as well as Duke. It’s expected to be another Wildcats vs Blue Devils battle.

North Laurel’s Reed Sheppard is the No. 21 prospect, earning a four-star ranking, just outside of five-star territory. Kentucky is viewed as the favorite for Sheppard, but Virginia is making it known that they want Sheppard.

George Washington III, from Christian Academy of Louisville, is ranked the No. 50 prospect.
