In this week's edition, the Kentucky Wildcats had six players ranked, and shockingly, they are all on the offensive side of the ball. Four of the players are ranked in the top 150 and also features two in the top-75 in the country.
- No. 36: Wan’Dale Robinson
- No. 68: Chris Rodriguez
- No. 118: Darian Kinnard
- No. 144: Dare Rosenthal
- No. 151: Will Levis
- No. 247: Josh Ali
Going into this season, all the questions surrounding this team revolved around how this offense would perform. It’s fair to say that up until the Chattanooga game this past Saturday, Liam Coen and this new scheme have lived up to the hype.
One thing to notice is that of the three Wildcats listed one of the most impressive parts is that three of the players are transfers. With the new one-time transfer rule, recruiting has changed in a major way, and seeing that this UK staff has been able to have some more success in the transfer portal bodes well for how the program will recruit for the coming years.
Alongside that, the two strengths within the program continue to shine. In the Stoops era, he has built his teams to be strong at the point of attack, and to run the ball to break down the other team's defense. With Rodriguez, Kinnard, and Rosenthal featured in the list, it’s obvious that even with this new scheme Stoops will continue to drive those two points home.
