John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats keep it rolling on the recruiting side of things as they pick up another top player in the 2022 class.
Chris Livingston is currently ranked as the No. 6 overall player in 2022, according to 247 Sports’ composite rankings, and is the No. 2 overall small forward.
The 6-foot-6 forward picked the Cats on Wednesday night over Tennessee State, Memphis, and Georgetown.
The Ohio native now joins No. 1 overall player Shaedon Sharpe and No. 17 overall player Skyy Clark in Kentucky’s 2022 class giving Calipari the top-ranked recruiting class, as of right now.
Calipari and his revamped staff have already put together a monstrous 2022 recruiting class, and they are not done yet.
The Cats are still in the mix for a number of the top recruits, and the BBN could be gearing up for one of the all-time great classes that Calipari has put together.

It's time to talk with your kids about the possibility of John Calipari putting together the best recruiting class of all-time in 2022. Could wind up with six top-20 commitments in the cycle. Only one program has ever done that in the modern era.

"The history of the school and basketball program attracted me ... They have the strongest fans in college basketball," he told @PaulBiancardi.
Chris Livingston the No. 5 overall player in the high school class of 2022 has committed to Kentucky. Second time in 10 days UK has signed a Top 5 kid, with more likely to come in this class.

Wildcats are back to being... THE recruiting power in college basketball
No Calipari without Gillespie. Maybe no Ulis w/out Mudiay going elsewhere. No Josh Allen without decommitments. 9-16 leads to shakeup and now this.

The worst things often become the best things.
This UK class started with Skyy Clark and just continued to get better.
— Jake (@jakeweingarten) September 15, 2021
Loaded class for UK. Livingston has been one of the most polished high school prospects we’ve seen, amazing snag for the Wildcats.
