With Week Two of the NFL preseason officially underway last night, here are some names of former Kentucky Wildcats to watch for over the weekend.

After missing Week One of the NFL preseason, Benny Snell is expected to be ACTIVE for the Steelers on Saturday vs. the Lions.

The Washington Football Team’s first round draft choice this spring, Jamin Davis, recorded four total tackles in a loss to the Patriots last week. He’ll suit up against the Bengals tonight.

Logan Stenberg played 30 snaps in Detroit’s 16-15 loss to the Bills in their preseason opener. Look for him to continue to push for a consistent role on Lions as they continue to rebuild. Their next outing will be Saturday against the Steelers where Stenberg may have the opportunity to block against former teammate Jamar Watson.

Kelvin Joseph recorded a single pass defense for the Cowboys last week in their narrow loss to the Cardinals. In a secondary with much room for improvement, Joseph can close the gap on a potential starting role with a solid performance vs. the Texans on Saturday.

Lynn Bowden Jr. caught four balls for 47 yards and returned a single kick for 17 yards in a loss to the Bears last weekend. The Dolphins will host the Falcons on Saturday and Bowden is in line to continue to be featured in the offense.

Lonnie Johnson Jr. had a solo tackle last week in a win over the Packers, and will suit up against the Cowboys on Saturday.

Josh Allen had a single tackle in a loss to the Browns last week. Catch Allen and the Jaguars on the preseason version of Monday Night Football vs. the Saints.

Chris Westry had an impressive outing for the Ravens last week in a narrow win over the Saints. The former Wildcat recorded two tackles and had two passes defensed. This Saturday he’ll suit up against the Panthers in Carolina.

AJ Rose put up 100 yards in his preseason debut with the Vikings and will continue to make his push for the backup running back role Saturday agains the Colts.

Super Bowl champion Mike Edwards had one total tackle in a preseason opening loss to the Bengals last week. The Buccaneers will host the Titans on Saturday.

Speaking of the Titans, Bud Dupree says he’s “feeling good” and ready to go when his coaches say so.

Brandin Echols recorded a solo tackle in his preseason win with the Jets. He’ll get a shot to match up with Packers receiver on Saturday.
