The big question heading into the 2021 season for the Kentucky Wildcats is who will be the starting quarterback?
The Cats have three very good options in Will Levis, Joey Gatewood, and Beau Allen. However, one of those may have already moved into the lead of the QB battle.
On Tuesday, Vince Marrow did an interview with Maggie Davis of BBN Tonight where he was asked about the QB situation.
While Vince noted that all three were doing good things in practice, he went on to say that he is liking what he is seeing from Levis.
“All three of them are doing good things, but I’m liking Will [Levis]... Will has been more consistent, and more, the ball is coming out... and it’s looked pretty good.”

During his two years at Penn State, Levis played in 14 games and threw for 644 yards and three TDs while also rushing 133 times for 473 yards and six scores
As we get closer to the start of the 2021 season, it seems like Levis is emerging as the leader for the starting QB job.
The Cats will kick off the season on September 4th when they face Louisiana-Monroe at noon on the SEC Network.
