Sunday Headlines: NBA Finals Game 3 Edition

Devin Booker and the Suns will aim to take a 3-0 lead in the NBA Finals

NBA: Finals-Milwaukee Bucks at Phoenix Suns Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

Game 3 of the NBA Finals is tonight, as Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns aim to take a commanding 3-0 lead over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Booker has scored 58 points and dished out 12 assists for the Suns through the first two games in Phoenix, as he and Chris Paul have been a historically great backcourt in the first two games of the Finals. Booker and Paul have combined for 113 points, which surpasses Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, who scored 106 in 2018 as the most points from a starting backcourt in the NBA Finals in the last 50 years.

Now the series moves to Milwaukee, where the Bucks will try to avoid going into a 3-0 hole where the odds of recovering are slim.

But the Bucks have played well at home during this playoff run, with a record of 7-1 in Milwaukee. That home court advantage plays a big role for Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, and the Bucks, who are no strangers to being down 0-2 in a series this season.

The game tips off at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
