The Kentucky Wildcats have struck again in the Class of 2022.

This time, it was three-star offensive tackle Nikolas Hall who committed to the Wildcats Saturday evening.

Nikolas is the son of former Kentucky offensive tackle Antonio Hall, who was a two-time All-SEC pick and All-American honorable mention during his time in Lexington (2000-04). He went on to enjoy a seven-year pro career that included stops with the Indianapolis Colts and Kentucky Horsemen, as well as several stints in the CFL.

The younger Hall is a 6-6, 300-pound offensive tackle at Akins High School in Texas. 247 Sports Composite currently ranks him 799th overall, 73rd among offensive tackles, and 108th in the state of Texas for the 2022 class. He held additional offers from Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Baylor, West Virginia, Oklahoma State, Arizona State and Colorado among others.

Kentucky’s 2022 class, which now consists of 11 commitments, is ranked 16th nationally and fifth in the SEC by 247 Sports. That would be the highest-ranked class Mark Stoops has assembled in his head-coaching career, but we’ve still got a ways to go until the early signing period begins in December.
