Another non-conference opponent for the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team has been revealed.
College hoops guru Jon Rothstein reported this morning that the North Florida Ospreys will be coming to Lexington this season.

Though no date has been set, it will likely come in the November portion of the schedule when most of the cupcake games are played.
North Florida is in the Atlantic Sun conference and is coached by Matthew Driscoll, who’s entering his 13th year in the program, and will be looking to improve on his teams 8-15 record last season.
The Ospreys have only been to one NCAA Tournament in program history, which was back in 2015. That was the same year they won their only conference tournament as well.
Over the coming weeks, the schedule will start to shape out some more, as some other teams will finalize the deal to come to Rupp this season.
The season is inching closer and closer. With official summer workouts started, October will be here before we know it.
