Odds released for every conference tournament

Conference tournament season will be in full swing this week, as Power 5 leagues and others begin their final push for March Madness.

The Kentucky Wildcats, like many teams in action this week, will be fighting for their NCAA Tournament lives as they must win their conference tourney to make the Big Dance.

Unfortunately, the Cats will be heavy underdogs to win the SEC Tournament this week. Not only will they have to win four games in four days, one of them would come against fifth-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide, who needs to win the SEC Tournament to earn a No. 1 seed in the Big Dance.

Now, the folks at BetOnline have released odds for every conference tournament. To no surprise, Alabama leads the way in the SEC at 11-5 odds, followed by Arkansas in second place. Florida, LSU and Tennessee are tied for the third-best odds.

Kentucky checked in with the seventh-best odds to win the SEC Tournament. Despite the fact that John Calipari has won six conference tournaments since coming to Lexington, there’s no question this will be his toughest path to an SEC crown, which Kentucky must get to make the NCAA Tournament.
