Now that the postseason is here, the Kentucky Wildcats’ season will be on the line in every game they play in moving forward.
With SEC Tournament play beginning vs. Mississippi State on Thursday, the Wildcats could be getting a major boost in the former of freshman guard Terrence Clarke.
On Wednesday, head coach John Calipari revealed that Clarke has returned to practice, and he’s been cleared to play if need be.
Calipari not sure if or how much Clarke will play this week, but sounds like he's available. Trying to win four in four days, that extra body helps. https://t.co/bgkrBICD5Z

Of course, Calipari made it clear that he’s not going to allow Clarke to play if he’ll be in danger of re-injury, or if he simply can’t give Kentucky anything on the court.
Remember, he’s been sidelined since late December, so he’s going to be very rusty, possibly enough that it’s not worth playing him in a do-or-die game in Nashville.
Still, this is great news and gives Kentucky fans some hope they’ll get a chance to see Clarke in a Wildcats jersey one more time before he heads to the NBA Draft.
