Kentucky vs. Missouri: Who ya got?

Who will win between the Cats and the...other cats?

NCAA Basketball: Kentucky at Missouri Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

The Kentucky Wildcats will take the court on Wednesday with perhaps their final opportunity of the year to make a case for an at-large bid. Many believe that ship has sailed, but potential wins over Missouri and Tennessee in February would certainly add to the resume. Without the win over Missouri though, the record for the rest of the season really does not matter very much.

Missouri comes in as the No. 18 team in the land with a record of 11-3. They are coming off of a big overtime win over TCU in the SEC/Big 12 challenge and looking to bounce back from a loss in their last conference game against Auburn.

Kentucky has not won an away game in almost a month, and their backs are really against the wall as they travel to Columbia with their season on the line. The Wildcats have been a lot of Jekyll throughout the season but they have also shown some Hyde in their dominant wins over Florida and LSU.

Which team will we see on Wednesday?

While the Wildcats are jockeying for a bid in the NCAA Tournament, Missouri still has a lot on the line as they are working for a higher seed in the SEC, and ultimately the NCAA, Tournament. They have a lot to play for and even though this is a down year in Lexington, Kentucky coming to town is still a big game.

So who do you think comes away with a win on Wednesday?
