Kentucky put up a high scoring affair last week against Kentucky Wesleyan, out-shooting the Panthers 95-72. The Wildcats will play their second and final exhibition game of the “preseason” on Friday night against Miles College in Lexington.
While head coach John Calipari would probably be pleased with a more consistent defensive effort from his team this Friday, he has to be excited about the offensive chemistry this new group has shown (albeit against Kentucky Wesleyan and potentially Miles College).
This will be Kentucky’s final hardwood appearance before kicking off their 2021-2022 season next week against Duke in Madison Square Garden. Tip-off against Miles College is set for 7 PM at Rupp Arena.
