Kellan Grady Isamu Haynes-Sunayama - Sea of Blue

With the 2021-22 college hoops season inching closer, tonight is the annual Blue-White Game for the Kentucky Wildcats men’s basketball team.

John Calipari and his staff will split the newest basketball Cats into two squads to face off in a game-like environment. With this being one of Calipari’s deeper teams in Lexington, there will be enough talent to field two quality five-man lineups tonight if everyone is available, though CJ Fredrick is still working his way back from leg surgery over the summer.

This will be the first of three exhibition games for Kentucky, who will next face Kentucky Wesleyan on Oct. 29. Then comes the exhibition finale against Miles College on Nov. 5 before the real season starts Nov. 9 vs. the Duke Blue Devils in the Champions Classic.

Here’s what you need to know for watching and following tonight’s action.
