The 2021-22 college basketball season is right around the corner, and the Big Blue Nation had their first opportunity to see both the men’s and women’s Kentucky Wildcats basketball rosters at Friday night’s Big Blue Madness.
The women’s team is coming off an 18-9 record (9-6 in SEC) in 2020-21 and are looking to have another great season.
On the men’s side, the Cats are coming off a 9-16 record (8-9 in SEC) in a year that everyone wants to forget. However, John Calipari and his staff have reloaded and are looking to bounce back in 2021.
Here is how Twitter reacted to the events of the night.

Not the kindest of irons in the women's 3-point contest. Blair Green squeaks past Rhyne Howard 12-11.

For the last 12 years, Iv felt like Cal was always talking to the recruits during these speeches… but this one is to the fans, it’s like hes bringing flowers for last years #bbn
