The Kentucky Wildcats are on the board in 2022, and it’s a big one.
On Saturday, four-star athlete Jeremiah Caldwell announced his pledge to Kentucky. He plays wide receiver and cornerback.

Caldwell, hailing from Belleville High School in Michigan, is ranked 217th nationally by 247 Sports Composite. He’s also the 10th-ranked recruit from Michigan, a state Kentucky has been making major inroads in since Steve Clinkscale arrived in Lexington. Unsurprisingly, Clinkscale was the lead recruiter.
Caldwell’s only listed offers are Central Michigan and Toledo. I’d be willing to be the COVID-19 outbreak slowing down recruiting is part of that, as he sounds like a big-time recruit who will be picking up more major scholarship offers before he signs a national letter of intent.
