It initially seemed like Wan’Dale Robinson would be a near lock to end up at Kentucky when he decided to enter the transfer portal and leave Nebraska.
But now, one of the recruiting insiders who is following the situation closely is saying not so fast.
Steve Wiltfong of 247 Sports is reporting that Purdue is in the mix and Robinson is split between the Wildcats and the Boilermakers.
Now we wait and see.
The thought has been that Robinson would announce this week that he is going to transfer to Kentucky. But as it is now Thursday morning and we have no word from Robinson, the confidence around the fanbase seems to be trending downward.
This isn’t to say that Robinson definitely won’t be a Wildcat, but it doesn’t seem that there is as much as confidence as there was early this week.
Stay tuned, as we’ll bring you updates on the situation.
