Where were you on September 8th, 2018? Where were you when the Kentucky Wildcats snapped a 31-year-long streak against the Florida Gators?
Kentucky marched in to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium against a top-25 Florida team, and made history. Led by Benny Snell’s 175 rushing yards and Terry Wilson’s 151 passing yards and three total touchdown’s, Kentucky pulled out a 27-16 victory thanks to a last-second scoop-and-score fumbled caused by Josh Allen.
It was the win that catapulted Kentucky’s monstrous 2018 season that saw them contend for the SEC East title and have just their second winning season in the SEC in the last 40 years.
