Two former Kentucky Wildcats have made the 2019-20 NBA All-Rookie Team.
Miami Heat shooting guard Tyler Herro and Charlotte Hornets forward PJ Washington were both named to the Second-Team. Herro missed out on the First Team by one point. Both players were lottery picks in the 2019 NBA Draft.

Second team: Coby White, Tyler Herro, Terence Davis II, PJ Washington, Rui Hachimura
Washington, who was selected 12th overall, appeared in 58 games (57 starts) while averaging 12.2 points 5.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 37.4% shooting from three-point range.
Herro, taken 13th overall, appeared in 55 games (8 starts) while recording 13.5 points, 4.1 boards, 2.2 assists 38.9% shooting from deep.
In the playoffs, Herro has averaged appeared in all nine games for Miami while averaging 14.7 points, 4.9 boards, 3.3 assists and has shot 40% from deep. He’s been instrumental in helping the Heat reach the Eastern Conference Finals, recording double figures in all nine games.
