Amari Bailey says Kentucky and Kansas recruiting him the hardest

Bailey is a top-five player in the country.

2022 five-star recruit Amari Bailey is rated as one of the top-five players in the nation, according to 247 Sports. The 6-4 combo guard out of Sierra Canyon currently has offers from a slew of school such as Kansas, DePaul, UCLA and Alabama.

But another school is going after Bailey as hard as any of them.

According to the High School Happenings Podcast, Bailey said that the Kentucky Wildcats and Kansas Jayhawks are going after him the hardest out of any schools. Bailey decommitted from UCLA back in July of 2019.

While Bailey has not officially received a UK offer as of now, I would expect Kentucky to offer him in the future, as Bailey is one of the best in the nation that can play multiple positions and fill it up.

Plus, Kentucky can start a really good Sierra Canyon pipeline, as BJ Boston played his final season at Sierra Canyon.
