Incoming UK Basketball freshman Terrence Clarke had a message for the Big Blue Nation yesterday about wearing a mask.
Clarke, one of the top incoming freshmen in the country, said it’s important for people to wear a mask so that a college basketball season can occur and Kentucky can bring home a national championship.
Clarke, along with Olivier Sarr and Keion Brooks, were apparently on a Zoom call with actor and Kentucky fan Steve Zahn when Clarke made the comment about wearing a mask.
“If y’all wanna see us win a natty,” Clarke said, while pointing to a mask he put on.

Right now, college athletics seem to be in jeopardy with rising cases of COVID-19 around the country.
If wearing a mask helps make sure that college basketball (and football) are able to happen, that’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make. It’s been too long without Kentucky sports.
