Brooklyn Nets v Los Angeles Lakers

Happy Saturday Big Blue Nation!

Good news was announced on Friday as the NBA is set to return on July 30th. The first game will feature the New Orleans Pelicans (of course) taking on the Utah Jazz.

There are still some NBA players that are holding out due to concerns over COVID-19. Willie Cauley-Stein released a statement that he will not be playing because he will be welcoming a baby in July.

We are still a month away from this happening so, fingers crossed, everything goes as planned. There are still health concerns across the country but this is a step in the right direction.
