Saturday Quickies: Jaden Bradley Edition

The 2022 guard is on the move.

Jaden Bradley is the No. 9 overall recruit in the 2022 class according to the 247 Sports Composite. Sport Illustrated is reporting that he is transferring away from his high school in North Carolina to IMG Academy in Florida.

IMG is a major program for high school stars, and Bradley will join top five recruit Brandon Huntley-Hatfield for his junior season. Huntley-Hatfield is the cousin of former Wildcat Alex Poythress, and he is getting some UK buzz going into his third year of high school basketball.

Perhaps more important than his move to Florida is Bradley’s move away from the state of North Carolina, where Duke and UNC have easy access to the point guard.

If Kentucky is able to land the combination of Bradley and Huntley-Hatfield, both of which they are in hot pursuit of, 2022 could be a special class.
