The Kentucky Wildcats have already signed the No. 1 recruiting class for the 2020-21 season giving coach Cal his 7th top ranked class since becoming the Kentucky head coach.

But they might have one more potential recruit for the class.

Wednesday morning, 5-star center Moussa Cisse who is originally part of the 2021 class, announced on Twitter that he would be reclassifying to 2020 and a college decision is expected next week, he told ESPN.

Cisse is currently ranked as the No. 8 overall player in 2021 and will no doubt be one of the top ranked players in the 2020 rankings.

Back on May 1st, the 6-10 center from Memphis, Tennessee released his final 6 schools, including Georgetown, Memphis, Georgia, Florida State, LSU, and Kentucky. Those are still his finalists, though LSU looks like the significant favorite at the moment.

As it currently stands, LSU holds 57% of 247 Sports’ Crystal Ball predictions and 60% of Rivals’ Future Cast predictions. Memphis is right behind LSU on both outlets.

While things don’t seem to be trending in Kentucky’s direction, they will still be in the hunt until a decision is made, and we will have to see if Coach Cal can get another for what is already a stacked 2020-21 roster.

But it’s more likely that Kentucky ends up facing Cisse next season than having him play in Lexington.
