To those who feel John Calipari has lost his recruiting touch, ESPN is here to tell you otherwise.

ESPN has finalized their college basketball recruiting ranks for 2020, and Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats rank No. 1 in the nation.

The Cats have signed six of ESPN’s 100 prospects in B.J. Boston (6), Terrance Clarke (9), Devin Askew (24) Isaiah Jackson (31), Lance Ware (43) and Cam’Ron Fletcher (57).

UK is the only team to earn commitments from more than one top 10 prospects and are the only ‘Blue Blood’ program to land a top-10 player.

While Kentucky’s class ranks as the best, Calipari and company are still receiving criticism as they have yet to land a center for next year’s roster and both Nick Richards and EJ Montgomery have declared for the NBA Draft.

Regardless, no one can take away the top recruiting spot now, and the team still has time to add a center such as Makur Maker or Frank Anselem.

Here’s a look at ESPN’s top 10 classes for 2020, which includes four Southeastern Conference programs.

  1. Kentucky Wildcats
  2. Duke Blue Devils
  3. North Carolina Tar Heels
  4. Tennessee Volunteers
  5. Arkansas Razorbacks
  6. Auburn Tigers
  7. Gonzaga Bulldogs
  8. Oklahoma State Cowboys
  9. Michigan Wolverines
  10. North Carolina State Wolfpack
