FanPulse Madness: Round of 32 results

The Cats march on.

NCAA Basketball: Kentucky at Florida Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Kentucky Wildcats are moving onto the Sweet 16 of SB Nation’s Fan Pulse March Madness.

After defeating Boston University in the Round of 64, the 2-seeded Cats moved onto the South Region Round of 32 to play the 7-seeded Providence Friars.

There, voters again helped provide the Cats with a dominant victory as they moved onto the Sweet 16 with a 78% to 22% victory.

Next up, the Wildcats will match up with the 3-seeded Maryland Terrapins.

Maryland defeated Bradley University in the opening round and then narrowly defeated the defending champion Virginia Cavaliers 52% to 48% in the Round of 32.

If the Wildcats defeat Maryland, they will advance to the Elite 8 to take on the winner of the top-seeded Kansas Jayhawks and the 4-seeded Seton Hall Pirates.

Help the Cats move on by signing up for Fan Pulse here. Sweet 16 voting will end Friday at 11 p.m. EST.
