BJ Boston offers words of encouragement to the Big Blue Nation

A mature move by the incoming freshman.

When the Kentucky Wildcats next take the floor, there’s a good chance five-star guard BJ Boston will be in the starting lineup.

While Boston is not yet in Lexington, he’s already offering words of encouragement to the fans that will root him on who are coping with the 2019-20 season being cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Twitter, Boston wrote, “BBN just thinking about you guys... I know the season didn’t end quite how we all wanted but excitement is on the way. I can’t wait to embrace you guys! Stay safe and please remember to wash your hands!!”

The California native signed with the Wildcats back in November and along with fellow five-star Terrence Clarke headlines, the top-rated recruiting class in the nation for 2020.

Boston’s tweet shows he already understands the importance of embracing the Big Blue Nation, which not all players realize right away.

It looks like John Calipari has found a gem.
