Yesterday, among all the chaos, it came out that the NCAA had suspended practically everything from winter sports to spring sports. That also included recruiting, both on and off campus as well, until mid-April.

And today it came out that both Nike, Under Armour and Adidas have postponed their recruiting evaluation periods amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

According to 247 Sports’ Evan Daniels, Nike and the Nike EYBL has postponed their events that were scheduled to take place on during the weekends of April 18th and April 25th. The evaluation periods are when college coaches are able to come and watch top prospects and, of course, evaluate them.

Later, Corey Evans of Rivals would announce that Adidas would follow suit and postpone their evaluation periods, one of which was scheduled to be held in Louisville.

That makes every major high-school event that is held in the spring and summer, to be canceled due to COVID-19. Yesterday the Jordan Brand Classic and McDonald’s All-American games were canceled as well.
