Every major conference tournament was canceled today, after yesterday was one of the more crazier days in modern history in the sports world. With the NCAA opting, for now, to play the tournament with no fans, the NBA suspended operations, etc. the decision was made for the conference tournaments to just stop playing and avoid further spread.
Duke just took itself out of the NCAA tournament.

The Jayhawks were the No. 1 team in the nation and were almost certainly going to lock up the No. 1 overall seed and Duke was slated for a good run as well, but both schools made the correct decision to withdraw from the tournament and Kansas has made the decision to stop athletics travel altogether.
The NCAA Tournament is almost certainly next.
Stay safe, everyone.
