As the Kentucky Wildcats continue non-conference play, the SEC has announced game times and TV channels for the 2020-21 conference schedule.
For Kentucky, that begins Dec. 29 against South Carolina at 7 pm EST on ESPN. It will be one of 15 SEC games for the Cats that are televised by ESPN’s family of networks (ESPN, ESPN2 or SEC Network).
Three of the Cats’ final six league games will be on CBS. That includes A huge game at No. 12 Tennessee on Feb. 20 at 1 pm EST. The Vols are favored to win the SEC this year.
Kentucky will play 27 games (24 regular-season games with one three-game multi-team event) allotted by the NCAA for the 2020-21 season before postseason play, which, for Kentucky, begins March 10 in the SEC Tournament in Nashville.
Hopefully, the Cats can find their groove before conference play begins later this month, or it’s going to be a long conference season with much of the league ready to contend for postseason berths. The way the Cats are playing right now, they’d struggle to beat anyone in the league.
Here’s a look at the fully-updated Kentucky basketball schedule for the remainder of the 2020-21 college basketball season:
