The Kentucky Wildcats are set to face off against the Georgia Tech on Sunday in Atlanta for the Holiday Hoopsgiving in what is hopefully a bounceback performance for the Cats.
If you already have tickets for the event, you need to check your email. The organizers of the event have informed ticketholders that due to new Coronavirus restrictions in Fulton County, no fans will be allowed in the arena.
“Out of an abundance of caution related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the decision has been made to limit attendance to essential personnel and travel parties for the Pit Boss Holiday Hoopsgiving 2020 basketball showcase at State Farm Arena on Dec. 6 and 12.
You will be issued an automatic refund to your original form of payment. State Farm Arena’s top priority is the health and safety of players, partners, fans, and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience this update may have caused in your plans, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility.”
The game will tipoff from State Farm Arena on Sunday at 5:00 pm EST on ESPN with Karl Ravech and Jimmy Dykes on the call.
