One of Kentucky’s potential transfer targets is off the board.
Bryan Hudson, a transfer from Virginia Tech who hails from Georgetown, Kentucky, will be transferring to the University of Louisville.
Hudson nearly committed to UofL out of high school, but ended up landing at Virginia Tech. Once Hudson hit the transfer market, Kentucky became a legitimate contender to land him, but Hudson ultimately is going to make his way back to the Bluegrass State, only to play for the team in red.
While Kentucky certainly would’ve loved to have Hudson, especially with the loss of several pieces on the offensive line, there are multiple options on the transfer market to provide some talent in the trenches.
Let’s stay tuned to the transfer market.
