Some major breaking news came out of Knoxville Saturday as the football team will be under investigation.
Sports Illustrated broke the news, and Tennessee reporter Tim Owens added this:
Source on the NCAA & Compliance investigating #Vols Football:

"The whole #SEC knew they have been cheating... I have some crazy stories on how they would hand out cash...
At the very least some coaches will be fired with cause." https://t.co/73gYr7zZL5
Trey Wallace of Fox Sports Knoxville released this:
Inside Linebackers Coach Brian Niedermeyer, multiple Tennessee assistant coaches, support staffers, and players have been questioned by the university’s compliance department. Also, members of Tennessee’s recruiting department have been questioned.
According to sources, Tennessee’s compliance department, including Adam Tate, was made aware of potential violations and began an investigation immediately.
Here is a story line to follow closely through the next few months as it could get pretty interesting. Also a good question to ask is will be see Jeremy Pruitt as the Head Coach of Tennessee when the Vols take the field next season?
Tennessee ended their season today against Texas A&M with a loss 34-13. They ended the season 3-7.
