Despite a rocky 2020 season, the Kentucky Wildcats are primed to finish off another big year on the recruiting trail.
For 2021, Kentucky was able to land commitments from the likes of four-star receiver Christian Lewis, four-star offensive lineman Jager Burton, four-star receiver Dekel Crowdus, and four-star tight end Jordan Dingle. Burton, Crowdus and Dingle are among the top recruits from the state of Kentucky this year.
Don’t expect Kentucky to finish with a top-25 recruiting class again, as the current plan is for this to be one of Mark Stoops’ smallest classes since arriving in Lexington. A big part of that is Kentucky is being very active on the transfer market this season. So while they may only sign 17-20 high school recruits, they’re likely going to add anywhere between 3-5 college transfers as well.
