Quinton Bohanna returns to practice

Big news for the Kentucky Football team.

Senior nose guard Quinton Bohanna has officially returned to the practice field for the Kentucky Football team.

This is huge news for the Cats as Bohanna is a playmaker on the defensive end.

Bohanna suffered a knee injury against Tennessee a few weeks ago and the Cats have missed his presence in the middle ever since.

After that Tennessee game, Bohanna took to Twitter and announced “I’m good [I’ll] be back.” He only missed two games and it looks like he’ll be back after the bye when the Cats take on Vandy.

Bohanna has managed five total tackles, one tackle for loss, one pass deflection and one quarterback hit through four games this season. But his impact goes further than that as he is one of the leaders of this defense.

While no opponent should be overlooked, the Cats will be glad to have Bohanna back for the tough matchups against Alabama and Florida to finish out the season. Hopefully Bohanna can play well enough to try and get his name in the 2021 NFL Draft.
