The Kentucky Wildcats struggled Sunday in a 76-64 loss to the Richmond Spiders that saw the Cats not record a single assist in the 2nd half.
Now we know where the Cats are ranked following their first loss of the season. Kentucky dropped from No. 10 to No. 20 in the latest AP Poll.
As for the Spiders, they jumped into the poll as they now sit one spot ahead of Kentucky at No. 19.
On Tuesday night, the Wildcats will face off with the Kansas Jayhawks who dropped from 6th to 7th after their 1-1 start to the 2020-21 season.
At the top, the Gonzaga Bulldogs still hold the No. 1 spot with the Baylor Bears right behind at No. 2. However the rest of the top 10 is all mixed up after a wild first week of college basketball.

Elsewhere, Kentucky fell out of the ESPN Power 16, where Richmond checked in as the No. 16 team.
The new CBS Sports Top 25 And 1 has the Cats down to No. 21.
Andy Katz’s Power 36 was the friendliest ranking, as it only had Kentucky falling down to No. 16.
