We now know the game times and TV channels for most of the Kentucky Wildcats’ non-conference games.
On Tuesday, the school announced that two of next week’s Bluegrass Showcase games — Morehead State (Nov. 25) and Detroit Mercy (Nov. 27) — will both air on the SEC Network at 6 pm EST.
In addition, the Nov. 29 clash with Richmond will be broadcast on ESPN at 1 pm EST. The Spiders are easily the toughest test of the bunch, as they picked up votes in the preseason Associated Press Top 25 and were picked to win the Atlantic 10.
Also confirmed Wednesday was Kentucky’s game vs. the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Dec. 12, which will air at noon on CBS.
As for Kentucky’s other non-conference games, we still don’t have a time for the Champions Classic matchup with the Kansas Jayhawks. We also are waiting on the time and TV channel for the Dec. 6 clash with Georgia Tech and Dec. 26 matchup with the Louisville Cardinals.
Kentucky’s Dec. 19 matchup vs. the UCLA Bruins for the CBS Sports Classic in Cleveland was previously announced as a 4:15 p.m. tipoff on CBS.
