The Kentucky Wildcats have reached out to four-star big man Mac Etienne, according to Dushawn London of 247 Sports.
Etienne is a 6-10 center out of Brewster Academy in New Hampshire. The same Brewster Academy that produced current Wildcat Terrence Clarke.
Etienne is rated as a four-star prospect ranked as the No. 44 overall player according to 247 Sports, as well as the No. 7 overall center.
While no offer has been extended to Etienne by Kentucky, they are certainly interested in the talented big man. The connection to Terrence Clarke doesn’t hurt either.
So far, Etienne has been offered by multiple schools across the nation, including the likes of Arizona State, UConn, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Ohio State, Louisville, UCLA, Miami, Syracuse, and many more.
Etienne is a highly-coveted player who also is no rush to make a decision. However, if Kentucky comes knocking, that can always speed up the process.
