As you were.
Bryce Hopkins is ready to make his college choice, as the four-star forward will make his decision on Oct. 20, according to KSR’s Jack Pilgrim.
Since his decommitment from the Louisville Cardinals this summer due to feared impending sanctions, Hopkins has scored offers from Notre Dame, Michigan, DePaul, South Carolina, and Kentucky among others. But it’s been Kentucky that’s gotten the most buzz since he reopened his recruitment, and they look like the significant favorite going into his decision day.
Many believes that Hopkins is one of the most underrated players in the class. On the verge of five-star status, the 6-7, 220-pounder is ranked as the No. 30 overall player and the No. 8 power forward in the 2021 class, according to the 247 Sports Composite. He plays at Fenwick High School in Illinois.
For what it is worth, all of the Crystal Ball predictions logged for Hopkins on 247 Sports are for the Wildcats. Kentucky is also getting 86% of the Rivals FutureCast predictions.
While we wait, check out some highlights of Hopkins in action:
