After a two-game road trip, the Kentucky Wildcats will return home Tuesday to take on the Georgia Bulldogs.
Tuesday’s matchup will be a rematch of a Jan. 7th game in Athens where the Wildcats defeated Georgia by a score of 78-69.
In the win, Nick Richards and Tyrese Maxey both dropped 17 points for Kentucky while Anthony Edwards led Georgia with 23.
Since the teams last met, Kentucky is 2-1 with victories over Alabama and Arkansas and a loss to South Carolina.
Georgia is 1-2 with losses to Auburn and Mississippi State and a win over Tennessee.
Kentucky will look to extend their winning streak to 14 over the Bulldogs as Georgia has not defeated the Cats since Mar. 7th of 2013 in Athens.
Georgia’s last victory at Rupp Arena came on Mar. 4th of 2009, which was the last home game of the brief Billy Gillispie era at Kentucky.
